Mayor Frank A. Russell

Welcome to the Town of Parksley.  Parksley is a friendly place to work, play and live.  I've lived here my whole life and there is no place I would rather be! Parksley boasts tree lined streets with gentle breezes and grand victorian homes.  Parksley is a safe place to walk, ride bikes or jog.  We have tennis courts, pickle ball courts and a playground in the park.

Come and visit our lovely downtown area with a variety of stores and our own farmer's market.  Downtown has plenty of parking.  No visit would be complete without a trip to the Railway museum.  Parksley is also the site of the new county library containing a world class heritage center, coming soon.  Parksley is also the home of the Jerry Burkhead War Memorial.  Please come by and sign the visitor's book. Bring your family and enjoy all that Parksley has to offer.

Sincerely,

Frank A. Russell
